About CoolCheckPro

CoolCheckPro was founded by HVAC engineers and industrial hygienists who identified a recurring pattern: large HVAC systems often operate below their design capacity due to progressive fouling and undiagnosed mechanical drift. Poor heat transfer and airflow inefficiencies lead to elevated energy bills and accelerated wear. Our mission is to restore designed performance through careful diagnostics and targeted remediation — not with one-size-fits-all cleaning but with calibrated interventions that are safe for sensitive environments.

Our teams are certified in industrial cleaning best practices and trained to work in controlled environments such as food production lines, pharmaceutical facilities and data centre air handling units. We maintain cross-contamination protocols and provide full chain-of-custody documentation for waste streams. Each job is supported by instrument-level measurement: refrigerant pressure and superheat checks, thermal imaging to reveal blockages or refrigerant undercharge, airflow mapping to identify bypass or leakage, and surface analysis for microbial growth when required.

Beyond cleaning we partner with facility managers to implement preventive programs. These include scheduled coil maintenance with targeted cleaning methods (chemical soaking, pressure-assisted extraction, or ultrasonic coil cleaning for delicate fins), optimized filter change intervals, and control logic tuning to reduce short-cycling. We deliver a full maintenance plan with clear KPIs so clients can measure the impact on energy use, indoor air quality and equipment reliability.

CoolCheckPro also maintains a knowledge base for clients, offering training sessions for in-house maintenance teams on visual inspections, quick-response cleaning, and simple instrumentation checks. Our approach is collaborative: we build capacity in client teams so they can perform interim checks between our scheduled visits and escalate issues before they become costly failures.
